If SimDex really did sign a contract for nude photos to be used solely in a nude photography book and the photographer instead used them on a porn website, then he has every right to be pissed. He left SC a while back to try a do more legit modeling.

He signed a full use model release. He KNOWS what those contracts are after working with Sean Cody. The can use the pictures any way they want because they paid the model to be a visual model NOT a spokesman. If the photographer had take the photos and manipulated them to make him look obese, bald, or some had some how altered the images then he might have a defense. These photos are no more offensive that the hundreds he has around the internet. The truth is he needed quick cash and agreed to pose and now wants to distance himself and claim he was conned. He is a seasoned model who knows better than to sign a full use contract for a nude shoot. He knows that meand the photographer owns the images and can now sell them however he sees fit. If he want to make calenders, t-shirts, mugs, greeting cards, or even if he wants to use the images in a print ad for erectile dysfunction, as long as he doesn’t alter the image in a derogatory way then it is the photographers choice.
