   I do believe a 17 is capable of making his own decisions and is an adult – Although the law views it differently: a year in age doesn’t make a difference in your thought processes and doesn’t mean your automatically an “adult” and cant be held accountable for your actions.

   Again, he forged documents regardless of whether the performances were legit or not. Meaning before the shoots he produced fraudulent ID’s or afterward to bring charges against the producer. And if he was “of age” at the time of his performances with Cobra, he lied about being underage to use laws made to protect children – which in my opinion is despicable.

   In both scenarios he manipulated the system – doesn’t speak well for his character. Sean is a child of neglect and rarely can a person “rise” above their past. They wallow in it – and use it as an excuse for bad choices. Yes, it is a cruel world and no one deserves growing up that way – but at some point you need to take control of your destiny.

   I don’t know him personally but the past events the surround him don’t speak well:

   a. child abuse charges brought against his producer as a retaliation for being sued for copyright infringement; I have a hard time imagining these charges occurring without the copyright issues leading up to the murder. This hardly a smoking gun but does speak to his character. Where was this sense of morality when Sean performed in the first place (If he was actually underage)? Again, I don’t think those charges would of been made if there wasn’t any issue to begin with.

   b. his business relationships with both murders of his ex producer. I can easily see how Sean might be able to manipulate the situation just as he brought false charges against Kocis for child porn. Sean could of instigated the situation to his advantage. This is a leap, but not entirely impossible.

   I think there is some attitude of the crime not being significant because of the character of the victim wasn’t perfect.
   Granted Kocis wasn’t a model citizen – but that doesn’t mean their was a right to have him brutally killed.

   c. the use of his porn name is still being used – hardly distancing himself from his past. Ironically, it was the use of this name that led to the events leading up to the murder. Why wouldn’t anyone want to distance themselves from this?

   He coined “the Traci Lords of gay porn.” Like, it is something to be proud of.

   These and other troubling facts don’t really incite my confidence in Sean.

   Not that I’m taking sides: I’m sure Micheal was being Micheal and the attention whore he is.
