Disturbing news, Gay Porn Blog reports that actor Cole Ryder has died.

The former Rascal Video exclusive performer died Wednesday, according to as-yet-unconfirmed reports. Cause of death remains unknown, is pending results of an autopsy. (Ryder reportedly died of a staph infection in his sleep)

Ryder, who at a hirsute five-feet, 10 inches tall and 195 pounds was one of the emerging crop of versatile, ultra-masculine performers, had been under contract with Rascal since 2006. He appeared in nine video titles, including Link: The Evolution, When Bears Attack and Black Meat White Heat. He did one movie with Falcon (Mustang Studio), Cruisin’ Grounds.
