@Pornobb I don’t think they can ban you just because you’ve been in porn, but from what a pornstar who used to compete before entering porn told me the competiters sometimes were met with hostility.

Back in the day, the IFBB and other authorities used to have very strict rules, strictly applied about participating in the sex entertainment field, straight and gay. But while the regulations are probably still on the books, enforcement is another matter.
Peer pressure is probably the major factor now. If the judges are aware of a competitor’s history, I’m positive it will affect the results. And as a subjective sport, even the most blatant case of a inferior physique being ranked higher than a superior one would forever be “not proven”.

Please!!! Those guys are not bodybuilders they are just boys who work out and later buy steroids with the little money they made doing porn. There was a case of a real bodybuilder who was expelled from IFFB circuit due his porn past He was amazing Chris Duffy.

Bodybuilding is by nature (homo)erotic. It has strong erotic overtones: the little posing suit, the oiling, the posing, the flexing etc. all that portrays the male body in erotic ways.
Bodybuilding closer to striptease than it is to sports so there is no need to ban them from bodybuilding.
