@jab4065. How can a tattoo be an expression when no meaning is conveyed? Huge tattoo down an arm, leg or around a torso might say “You should question my judgement”. The only other thing they express is I have some permanent ink marking on me. 95% of them are nothing more than an unattractive distraction.
