I found this sad news on Boy Culture, it has been reported that former Randy Blue gay porn star Chip Tanner (aka Jamie Stroud) passed away on December 11th at the age of 32 in Las Vegas. According to the website, his death was the result of an accident involving autoerotic asphyxiation.
Chip Tanner was a gay porn star who worked with Randy Blue between 2010 – 2012. My condolences to his family and friends.

Not to speak ill of the dead but the guy had serious mental health issues and at times it seemed like people in the industry took advantage of him. He used to have a Youtube channel and it didn’t take long to realize he needed treatment. Hope he is at peace now…

So many in the porn industry look haggard and washed up after just a few years in the business yet he even at 32 yrs. kept looking good. I had no idea he’d moved to Las Vegas. I recall him dancing at the Abbey in West Hollywood. For those out there who’re too young or don’t recall, the Abbey is located at 659 N Robertson Blvd. in West Hollywood the former space occupied by Studio One Disco, the one time west coast’s premier gay disco. Ah such memories.
