@Urinal most pornstars who come in here to shoot a scene or anything else do not have proper documentation (work visa) to come in here. While Dato is Russian, I believe he lives in Europe so it’s not that hard for him to come in and out as he pleases.
BUT some people do get caught. More recently, Rogan Richards wrote a whole blog post about his incident where customs stopped him because they recognize his porn persona and after a couple of days he was sent back to Europe. I don’t think he can come to the US for awhile.
And work visas can be a bit difficult to get in the porn industry, because the models have to be sponsored by someone. If studios offer this option, they’ll want something in return from the models, like an exclusive contract. That doesn’t give much leeway, but at least they can legally come into the US for work.
