As far as you working in the industry, I don’t doubt that, or using G4P as a marketing ploy. One thing I do believe is that G4P doesn’t have a lot in terms of gay pride. It establishes this class system in porn where straight guys are the most attractive, followed by straight-acting gays, and “effeminate” men are somewhere at the bottom. I think watching this stuff can negatively influence newly out gays who are trying to find their sexuality, but I think the current market won’t change until gay attitudes in general change.
