Speak for yourself dude, he looked waaay better with the muscles and he wasn’t that big, he was mostly cut and well defined. He doesn’t look right (or healthy) in these current photos here. I’m shocked it’s him, he does not looked the same at all, from just a few months ago! Flex gotten too skinny and does not look good here in my opinion.

I liked Flex with more (m)ass as well, I didn’t recognize him on the picture, he looks like some noob from Chaosmen lol. Still a hot guy , I assume he dropped steroids, he looks fine but you guys need to realize that most gay porn actors rely on gear to get big, you can’t get very huge naturally unless you’re ready to say goodbye to the sixpack and get people talking smack about you like Colby jansen. If you look at youtube, Scott herman fitness is I’d say as big as one can get without steroids while maintaining a six pack. I know most of the commenters on gay porn sites are clueless about exercise but this is the truth.

Manu Dude, you’re the one who’s clueless, I have been working out for over 20 years, have a six pack, muscle mass (in my ’40s & without the steriods, never used them) and you don’t need so-called “gear to get big” when working out. You can take basic protien, supplements, fatburners and a proper diet to get in shape (or get a six pack). Flex was not that big to begin with, he had a well defined body. Sorry, he does not look “hot” to me (he really looks like he’s ill from something) in these current photos.

Truth VK! Preach it. You don’t need supplements to get cut, I base my natural build only on meals I can create. Obviously I have protein bars for snacks at work, but other than that….shakes and meals that I take time to plan and prepare. Flex def needs to build it back up…..or maybe he wants to slim down….sort of like how Mitchell Rock deflated too.

You guys are probably deluded about your own reflections anyway, thinking Flex looks ill 🙂 He was very big to begin with, now looks leaner and also younger imo, there’s nothing indicating illness unless you have a twisted view of things, nobody would think that if he saw this picture without knowing what he looked like before.
The Fat free mass index sets the limit for what’s achievable naturally even with good genetics and if you dedicate your life to working out. Flex was close to if not above the limit when he started .
