@grogi Agree with you, they are know trying to make MH look stupid for selling the vids for such a low price. He probably thought they were going to use the vids for private viewing and not trying to make any money off it. He mentioned in his YT video that he doesn’t even know who Brent and thought they were just private buyers. If i would purchase a video from MH i could produce a receipt as well. Steve and Brent haven’t proofed anything other than that they are complete arseholes.

Maybe Hoffman was stupid, naive, etc., but that doesn’t mean he was that Brent did anything illegal. There’s no law against being stupid.

But isn’t it funny how Steve doesn’t actually show him saying that to Hoffman, or Hoffman saying he agreed to do it in any of those text messages, lol.
The only thing Steve’s text message show is that he bought the videos from Hoffman via PayPal like everyone else has done who’s contacted him via Skype and email. @Frank. Selling=assigning. Licensing is different. If you own you can sell/assign. What the new owner does with the work is up to them and you cannot control (except for moral rights) You license to someone else for them to use the work (image/scene) under certain terms and conditions, where you can control the use.
