My cousin is a schoolmate with the model who plays Noel. Apparently this last week word got out around the school that he was in gay porn. He got severely bullied and, instead of helping him, the school will not let him graduate due to him causing a “campus disturbance”. They suspended him for 10 days, which leads to an automatic FA (failure from absences).
Several students planned to protest by wearing support shirts, making posters, and skipping a class. The principle is threatening to automatically expel any student who joins in.
Sad news like this seems to happen every year. I hope Noel will stay strong and get through it.

I don’t go to his school but a friend of mine does and she has him on Facebook. From his posts and comments from friends I can conclude that
1) His mother knows about his porn work and she supports him. She had financial problems. He was really desperate for that money because it’s the only way to help his mom.
2) The school expelled him instead of the bullies because he caused “public disturbances”. It was never his fault in the first place and he didn’t fight back those bullies or anything.
3)Seniors and some parents protested. They even made banners/protest signs, filmed the whole thing, change their facebook profile pics in support of him and set up a group on Facebook.

I agree that a high school student should not be allowed to do porn. 18 or not. I cant believe his mother would allow this. When you are 18, you are very naïve, and anyone who does porn will NOT be able to hide it because of the Internet, so they should be ready for the exposure, but an 18 year old high school student is not ready for that consequence. High school is hell, it throws you together with people you have no more choice about mingling with than you would in prison. Had Noel sought advice, it’s hard to believe wiser heads wouldn’t have urged him to wait. And if he did porn for his mother, then I think that’s a pretty noble reason, and probably why he’s garnered so much support from so many students.

The person who’s “in trouble” is the 18-year-old “Noel” who himself made the business decision–not just once, but multiple times–to enter into a contract to perform in a Sean Cody vid. Under California law, an 18-year-old is competent to enter into such a contract. Noel gets paid for a movie only after he completes the movie. He could have backed out at any time.
According to the story quoted above, Noel’s “trouble” is that he was suspended for causing a campus disturbance. He was not suspended for doing porn.
Sean Cody’s models are not his employees. They are all independent contractors. Sean Cody (and other studios) routinely contracts with guys that are still in school. The only legal requirement is the contractor be at least 18. Sean Cody has no duty to ascertain whether the contractor has a high school diploma, a college degree or is in the process of earning such a diploma or degree.

Depending on the state, Noel has a pretty good cause of action against the school for discrimination on the basis of actual or perceived sexual orientation. It seems that there are multiple parties who would testify that Noel did nothing to cause any disturbance, and that the reasons for suspending him are flat-out lies. If he brought suit, I’m sure the school would settle out of court.
I think that those of you who are typing that he is “getting what he deserves” or what he should have “known” he had coming to him while wanking your dimunitive cocks to his (or anyone else’s) porn are pathetic excuses for backbone-less human beings.
