Unfortunately I was back in the hospital 3 weeks later to have my appendix removed. Two surgeries in one month is not my idea of a good time but both went smooth and I am back in the gym.

I plan to get back into the industry in some aspect on the business side of things but haven’t decided exactly to what extent. Also i will be catching up on all the emails but it will take me some time so please be patient. That’s all for now, have a great day everyone!
