I’m not surprised however, as Sean Cody clearly isn’t generating the revenue that the site was generating in years past. When I first started subscribing about 5 years ago, a monthly subscription was approximately $27.95 or $335.40 per year (I think it decreased to $17.95 after 6 months). Since Sean Cody sold the business to Mind Geek (I think that’s their name), if you purchase a yearly subscription (which I did), you can get it for roughly $120.00 or approximately $10.00 per month. That’s a huge loss of revenue of $215.40 annually! With that significant of a decrease in revenue, there’s no way that Sean Cody can pay top dollar and attract the variety and quality of performers/models that they did in the past.
Sadly, I think the quality of performers will continue to decrease.

It’s not just Sean Cody. Porn is losing money because so many people download it for free. My recommendation is that you should always pay for a hot scene that you like — as it will lead to more of the same. If you download it for free, there’s no way to gauge how popular the scene was. That said — there aren’t any sites out there that I subscribe to each month — because the quality of performers is so low. But when something comes along that I like — I subscribe for a month, then wait until the next hot scene to subscribe again (particularly true of men.com). If they could produce more hot scenes, I’d subscribe more often. And if they could get Brody to bottom again — I’d subscribe immediately!

You queens seem to forget that this is a site based on promoting exclusive-only models, and it is very normal to feature many models repeatedly. The idea of this site is to cultivate existing models into popularity, so having Brodie star in this many scenes is not surprising.
The issue isn’t their practices, it’s the quality of new guys that are coming in. There aren’t enough of those. A lot of studios go through that. Corbin Fisher did and came back and brought us some great talent. Unfortunately it’s starting to bring back some awful talent again. And ChaosMen is another as well that’s coming out of their rut.
Unfortunately for Sean Cody, they’re now owned by MindGeek, the site that owns Men.com. With that, the old Sean Cody is gone and this new Sean Cody is trying to see what direction they’re going to take the site. It happens all the time with these merger-type situations. We’ll have to just wait and see if things start getting better for Sean Cody, or worse.

Brodie, Curtis, and Tanner. You can almost anticipate that one of these guys will be in the next scene. There haven’t been any exciting groupings in months. There do seem to be some hot new models. Would love to see them paired with some good veterans. Glad to see Daniel but they need to make him more vers. A good flip fuck or three way with him and some new guys would be great. Would love to see David back.
