I was shocked as well. So I read up. It’s actually boilerplate: his family was homophobic, he shot them in a temporary moment of insanity (classed as borderline personality disorder), and cocaine was in his system there was no evidence that he was using it on the day of the shooting. The justice system ruled he’s not a threat to society. I don’t know if he’s totally moved on with his life but any condemnation without this context is not just.

It is easy to ask for forgiveness when it happens to someone else who happens to be a hunk. But not when it touches us personally.

Posting about a trial isn’t gossip. QMN isn’t offering its own take on the story or posting about alleged crimes, it’s reprinting something that is of very public record. That is the opposite of gossip, it’s legitimate news.
If you can separate the product from the creator, so be it, that’s a different debate for a different day. You shouldn’t have any problem moving along and forgetting about this.

IF this guy should be in prison or not is NOT your business, FYI psychologists and real life JUDGES (not the internet ones) worked in the case and concluded that he was INNOCENT and he needed help.
He had real mental disorders and A GUN AT HOME (that’s not normal in Argentina). An abusive rich dad and brother, and access to all types of drugs, which he ingested before the incident. He was YOUNG AND VULNERABLE and again, judges and psychologists found him INNOCENT.
Although NOT GUILTY, he got years of psychological treatment. Now that he is a healthy and hot human being, he DESERVES the life that, as a young kid, he didn’t have.
