We don’t know what the evidence is – incriminating or excupatory – but even I can’t stretch my optimism to a jury sympathetic with a porn actor involved with a 14 year old. Dozer fans would be wise to start hoarding his stuff quickly. Even if he deals down, I think he’s gonna be out of the game for a while.

Mike Dozer is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. I hope he is. He certainly seems attracted to other adult males, so I have doubts that he is a kiddy diddler.

I agree. Until announced otherwise by a jury of his peers, or a judge in a bench trial, or by Mike’s own admission in a plea bargain, he is innocent until proven guilty.

That said, it doesn’t look very good at all. I don’t think it’ll go to trial; Dozer’s lawyer would have to get a jury both not the least homophobic and sympathetic to a 33 year old porn player hooked up with a 14 year old. Long shots don’t get any longer.

I think Mike’ll deal, but it will include doing some time. Nor do I think the man is any real pedophile; I think it was a case of dreadful incaution gone as bad as they get. There’s a profound lesson in this for every other porn player who likely gets as many, if not more, impetuous offers as Mike did.
